The menu for the evening opens with mussels Messina (mussels in a savory broth served with crostini) and the second course is a shrimp and scallop seafood risotto. The entre is Gorgonzola chicken with a versatile port cherry sauce and spiced walnuts. The evening ends with and Italian classic; fresh fruit Zabaglione (the Italian version of French Sabayuon), which is a light wine flavored custard). At the end of the night you will leave with great memories, all of the recipes and roses for the ladies.
