Shopping Information

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,Amex and Discover credit cards. We also acccept Paypal.


How do I know if something I purchased is on back order?
In the detailed product page the item will be designated as "Out of Stock." If for some reason an item becomes "Out of Stock" before the website is updated, you will be sent an email to notify you of the situation.


What does "Special Order" mean?
If a product is a special order, it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for us to receive the item plus another several days for shipping, based on your shipping method.


What does "Drop Shipped" mean?
If a product is a drop shipped, it will be sent directly from the manufacturer and could take 1-2 weeks to receive. If your order has one drop shipped item and the others are not, you may receive two separate packages.


Will Just Chef It confirm my online order?
We automatically send you an e-mail confirmation of your order, usually within an hour of when your order was placed.


What if I have a question about a product?
Please email our customer service department at Service@JustChefit.com with your product question. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. Depending on what product you are asking about we may need extra time to research the answer and respond to you.


What if I see something in the store but not online?
Just call our store at (877) 243-3424 and we will process the order over the phone.


How is sales tax calculated?
8.75% Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged to items shipped to Illinois.


How can I make a change or cancel my order?

Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our store in Illinois, to arrive within 2 – 5 business days from receipt of your order for in stock items.

Rush Shipping
For an additional charge (see chart below) we can expedite delivery to most destinations. We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from our supplier (drop shipments), and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. We will notify you if these charges apply to confim your order.

Return Policy
Q:What is the return policy for Just Chef It?
A:If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will have up to 30 days to return it to us. Merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Full credit will not be given for items returned after 30 days, or if the items returned are not in new saleable condition. Please include a copy of your packing slip or your online order receipt with your return. Send all returns back via UPS or insured mail for your protection. Your credit card will be credited within 10 business days of our receipt of the return.

A: Yes! We will beat any price you find in any print advertisement or on any website. Either mail a copy of the ad to our mailing address on the contact page or email us a link to the website with a better price. We will email you back with a better price guaranteed! Offer valid only on identical products and offer is valid for one day only (24 hours from the time we send you the email). We also take into account shipping charges, some things may be cheaper on a competitors site, however, they may charge more for shipping.
