| How do I know if something I purchased is on back order? |
| In the detailed product page the item will be designated as "Out of Stock." If for some reason an item becomes "Out of Stock" before the website is updated, you will be sent an email to notify you of the situation. |

| What does "Special Order" mean? |
| If a product is a special order, it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for us to receive the item plus another several days for shipping, based on your shipping method. |

| What does "Drop Shipped" mean? |
| If a product is a drop shipped, it will be sent directly from the manufacturer and could take 1-2 weeks to receive. If your order has one drop shipped item and the others are not, you may receive two separate packages. |
