The Bron Mandoline creates large and small julienne strips, straight slices, crinkle and waffle cuts all in a variety of thicknesses! Adjustable settings allow for all styles of cuts from paper thin to 1/2" thick, This is the best mandoline out there and generally is the one seen on most cooking shows. The Bron Mandoline is 16" long, 4 1/2" wide, 10 1/4" high with legs extended. It is all stainless steel. The finger guard guides each stroke to a perfect slice and protects your fingers.







Mandoline includes: with a julienne cutter with 3mm/10mm cuts, waffle plate, center plate and pusher/guard.
